By Tracey Rix,The \\'goods\\' outweigh the \\'bads\\' with this product. It looks good on the wall, is easy to operate, has a nice large head for a great shower. It offers easy to use controls that are easily understandable. The only problem I foresee is with the plastic soap dish and guide for the shower cord. If you need to take the shower off to rinse the bath it struggles to come through the guide. You have to be very careful not to pull too sharply or you risk breaking the plastic. Other than that I love it! :)
