The Impey Aqua-Grade System is designed to produce the perfect drainage gradient with ease.
Aqua-Grade provides a controlled gradient to work to, by simply filling the matrix with the screed then trowelling over the profile - simple as that.
Once the mix has set or fully dried, the top surface can be tanked then tiled or overlaid with waterproof vinyl flooring.
The Aqua-Grade is made from colour coded modular sections that click together to form a grid-like structure. By simply adding or removing more sections the final shower area can be made as large or small as desired.
The Aqua Grade System is available in 8 pre-set size options and is supplied boxed, in kit form.
Aqua-Grade is compatible with under floor heating systems and suitable for use with insulated floors (Insulation Mounting Plates available separately).
Bespoke Aqua Grade Kits - For customers who have specific requirements not covered by our pre-set size options we can produce a bespoke kit.
They are also supplied as standard with the DSS1/H - a high quality water trap featuring a height adjustable stainless steel top with 50mm water seal, flexible 50mm outlet and a 50-40mm solvent
weld reducer.
Tiled Floor Gully Horizontal Outlet
Suitable for floor tiles between 6mm and 26mm in depth.
