Tavistock Varsity Basin Taps - TVA70
Marrying proud tradition with the latest technology, these taps are built and tested to the highest standards. Cast as a pair of traditional hot and cold taps, each has a distinctive look that immediately identifies them as the 'real deal'. They are cast in solid brass and coated in a flawless chrome finish which will draw attention to their pedigree.
They will work from water pressure as low as 0.2 bar making them suitable for all types of water heating systems including gravity fed. With dimensions of 123(h) x 125(d)mm, they will fit any period basin set to create a stunning centrepiece to the bathroom. The meticulously designed crosshead handles turn on and off with a quarter turn and raise their standing with the use of classic white inset domed indices indicating hot or cold plus the elegant Tavistock logo. These Varsity basin taps are engineered for durability and designed to perform beautifully in your home.

Good quality taps, but I would prefer it if the hot tap operated the same way as the cold. The cold tap turns on by turning anti clockwise, and shuts by turning clockwise as with older taps. The hot tap is the opposite to this. This is okay with lever taps, but confusing for conventional style tap handles.By Ken James -
