The latest innovation from Villeroy and Boch: ViFresh is now available on the Subway 2.0 pan design resulting in this offering: “Villeroy and Boch Subway 2.0 Rimless Wall Hung WC with ViFresh”. ViFresh is a hygienic cleaning system built into the toilet pan, 2 holders sit concealed inside the pan under a chrome or white cap at the back (both colours are supplied for you to choose). 1 holder is for toilet rim block cleaners, the other is for gel toilet cleaner. The correct amount of cleaning liquid is release with every flush, resulting in a toilet that stays cleaner for longer.

There are 2 additional features to this pan that also add to the superior hygiene of the pan: DirectFlush and AntiBac. Direct flush means this WC is a rimless toilet bowl, so there is no lip on the inside of the bowl, leaving nowhere for germs and dirt to hide! AntiBac is a permeant surface technology adding extra hygiene to the surface of the toilet, this is achieved through the addition of silver ions to the glaze, which reduces the growth of bacteria on ceramic surfaces. This is ideal for both busy family bathrooms but also in other high use areas such as hotels and spas.

There is an optional upgrade to Ceramic plus which is an easy clean surface upgrade, this keeps the surface dirt free for longer and stays dirt-free for longer after being cleaned, actively resisting staining and dirt adherence thanks to its less porous surface.
