Description
This classic solution is a 100% waterproof shower area forming pack exclusive to UK Bathrooms, developed in collaboration with wedi who are the leading brand name for completely waterproof tile backer boards; allowing you to make beautiful bathroom showers and wet rooms. The pack is designed to create an area of 900 x 1200mm for a corner or double walk in, the most popular configuration is a corner area. The tray former is designed for installation into the floor, for a wooden floor solution see the wedi Pack C.
This pack includes all the parts you will need including all the accessories and fittings required, so you have full peace of mind that you have ordered the complete set of accessories required for full installation and guaranteeing a completely water tight fit, once you have created the waterproofed shower space the wedi board is then impervious to water and ready to be tiled over with your choice of tiles, we recomend using wedi 320 tile adhesive.
We have included enough galvanised wedi washers for installing the boards onto a substrate, wedi advises using 5 of these fixings per square meter of standard tiles, or if you are having a heavy natural stone tile type installed use 8 fixings per square meter. Pair this pack with one of our glass wet room screens to create the perfect waterproof walk in shower!
