The wedi Fundo Riolito Shower Base is a contemporary shower base, made from 100% waterproof wedi board, designed to be tiled over. It is a floor level shower base with a linear waste located at the end, this is designed to sit close to the wall for a contemporary and stylish layout.

The channel covers are minimal and linear, these come in either standard which is a polished chrome finish, deluxe which is a robust polished steel, or a tileable option allowing you to install a tile in the channel cover to fully customise the waste area. This is particularly effective when matched with the same tile as the shower base for a minimal look, blending the waste cover in to the tray discreetly. The tileable channel cover is height adjustable allowing for a wide variety of different tile type. The Riolito Neo shower base can be installed in a wet room, showering area or bathroom shower enclosure space to create a waterproof shower tray area.

We advise using this with the wedi tile backer boards to create a completely watertight area ready for tiling, depending on your installation you can take this as far or as specific as required. This shower base was also has a dedicated wedi top cover should you wish to try an alternative covering to tiles, the: wedi Fundo Top Riolito Neo.

Their products create a 100% waterproof area thanks to the lightweight but robust properties of their trademark blue xps constructed boards and bases. The cement coasted surface then makes an incredibly stable base for an adhesive thanks to the integrated fabric, holding your tiles firmly in place for years to come.
