wedi Fundo Top Plano Shower Base Cover

The Plano wedi fundo top is a stone-resin mineral cast 6mm decorative top section for the wedi Plano shower bases. It is 100% waterproof and take the place of tiles creating a sumptuous modern wetroom or shower floor area, with the peace of mind that it both looks good but is also completely watertight. It can also be used with other wedi components to build a whole waterproof bathroom or wetroom. This base section can be matched with the wedi top wall product which also comes in anthracite black, white or grey.

The natural ground mineral stone is infused and set in a resin composition, this gives a natural stone like finish with tough rigidity and waterproof qualities that is also lightweight and quick to install, or cut to size as required. One of the other huge advantages of the wedi Plano top is its naturally antibacterial material properties, the product is supremely hygienic making it ideal for bathroom use as it is mould resistant, anti-bacterial and also a breeze to clean, staying cleaner for longer. The surface is resilient and stands up to household cleaners completely resisting discolouration and staining with ease. Fundo top is also much quicker to install than tiles, saving you time and money in fitting costs and avoiding endless grout seams that can be hard to keep clean and looking like new.

wedi Fundo top is quickly and simply installed onto the Plano base, you can add the required shower base in the options above if you have not purchased this separately already. Either pair the plano top up to a wall panel in the same colour, or mix and match for contrast and visual interest. You could also use the plano base top in combination with a tiled wall should you wish, we would recommend using the rest of the wedi waterproofing systems for example wall boards and floor wedi boards to waterproof out an specific area of the bathroom for showering or to create an entire wet room.
