The 1.8 kW Pack contains:

1 x DWS800 Warmup Undertile Heater pack (Primer, roller, heater, tape and instructions)

1 x UTS600 Warmup Undertile Heater pack

1 x UTS400 Warmup Undertile Heater pack

1 x XSTAT Programmable Digital Timer Thermostat

The Warmup Undertile Heating system can be installed under any ceramic or natural stone floor tiles such as:
Slate
Porcelain
Limestone
Marble
Terracotta

You should install the thermostat within the room or area to be heated unless electrical regulations prohibit.
In case of bathroom installations, the thermostat should be connected to the outside of an internal wall, as close to the heating system as possible.

Both of the Warmup Undertile Heating elements are independently tested an aprroved by BEAB (British Electrotechnical Approvals Board) and come with ten year warranties.
The heating elements are made of two layers of Tefzel insulation and a metallic earth braid incorporated around the central heating wire. Each heating system is individually tested at 3000 volts during manufacture in Warmup's UK factory.

RCD: WHen installing the Warmup Undertile Heating system, the electrical supply must be connected via a Residual Current Device (RCD) by means of an RCD/fused spur, or via an RCD on the consumer unit. No more than 4.8kW of heating (e.g. 6 x UTS800's) may be connected to each milliamp RCD.

You will require a deep (35mm minimum) back box in which to connect the thermostat. The wiring to the thermostat should be chanelled into the wall and protected by conduit or plastic trunking.
