This range is heavily based on Art-Deco which was a decorative style developed in France just prior to the First World War, featured notably in architecture and artworks, fashion, jewellery and everyday objects at the time. It was a style of luxury and modernity, it sought to fuse cubism with angular and geometric shapes with exotic materials and colour schemes of Ancient Egyptian, Persian and ancient Mayan art, whilst striving to be modern and technically accomplished with high-quality workmanship. Nickle Finish: This is a shiny polished finish, similar to chrome but with a warm undertone, almost a golden glow. To keep it gleaming nickel requires intermittent polishing, unless an aged patina effect is desired which gives a rustic French shabby chic effect.

Pewter Finish: This plating is actually a brushed nickel, which Perrin and Rowe refer to as Pewter. It is a darker matte finish, flat, with less reflection and a slight texture, smooth and refined.

Gold-Finish: Perrin & Rowe gold plate is superior 24-carat gold, it is a pure smooth yellow natural golden and glowing finished with a high shine.
