Our aim is to provide designer branded bathrooms at a reasonable price. Nobody likes paying over the odds for items, being from Yorkshire we appreciate it more than most! As one of the largest independent branded bathroom retailers we are uniquely positioned to offer brands such as Matki, Hansgrohe & Villeroy and Boch at prices you cannot find in showrooms or the high street.

Support UK Business

We are a UK retailer selling into a UK market. We are seeing more and more large international foreign retailers flooding the UK market with cheaper products. We cannot match these prices; these companies go directly to the manufacturers and are able to buy these items at a fraction of the price our National Distributors could even get them for.

We may not be able to beat those prices, but we win hands down in every other way:

• UK Based Sales & Aftercare open 6 days a week
• We only sell the UK version of those brands. As plumbing in the UK can be different to plumbing in the continent
• If you need to return an item, it’s going back to Ripon, North Yorkshire
• We have been working with the UK arms of these Brands and between us if you ever have a problem rest assured you are in the best hands

Terms and Conditions

In the unlikely event that you find a product cheaper elsewhere, we'll happy refund the difference where possible.

Please ensure that:

• The product is exactly the same (we only sell high quality products that we'd use ourselves)
• The product is in stock (we ensure that virtually everything on our site is in stock/available within 3 days)
• The cost includes VAT and delivery (all our prices include VAT, and delivery starts at just £8 - and for many larger items, it's completely free)
• If you see a lower price on another website, just email us within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include written proof of the lower price, eg a screenshot or PDF from the other website. We'll verify that the product is available at the lower price and is currently in stock
• This offer excludes auction sites like eBay and international sites. Also, the lower price cannot be part of a closing-down sale or part of other offers or promotions
• And naturally, the price must be from a genuine retail outlet that is currently trading
• Price matches only valid from UK Retailers
• As a policy we will not lose money on price matches
