The wedi tools bath and shower sealing tape is designed to create a 100% waterproof seal around your bathtub or shower tray. This quick and simple step in installing your new bath or tray ensures a completely water tight seal, and works with steel acrylic and resin cast baths and shower trays of all shapes and sizes. At such a fantastic price point it makes complete sense to add this step to your installation.

The set comprises of TPE coated polypropylene fleece with butyl strip, the width of the strip is 12cm and the roll is a generous 3.6meters, more than one kit can be purchased to cover extra-large areas. During installation simply seal the membrane securely in a dry and clean environment, ensuring the membrane bonds to the bath or shower tray with the provided butyl strip, pressing it on evenly. You can then add the surface seal to the wall with wedi 610 adhesive or wedi 520, when using trusty wedi 610 adhesive press the membrane evenly onto the adhesive bed with a roller for the best application. If you are using wedi 520 embed the sealing membrane in filler itself. This kit is also ideally paired with the wedi bath boards for bath tub application.
